The Rhondda Golf club, first founded in 1910 sits upon one of the most impressive valleys in
Wales, and which now boasts many attractions for today's visitor. For the golfer the club offers a
challenging 18 hole mountain course with spectacular scenery and breathtaking views. The Rhondda Golf club is proud to have staged the Welsh Masters Tournament and are the only Member's club in Wales to have staged a 3 day event continuously over a seven year period. During this time the club has impressed many visitors who have enjoyed a quality course, panoramic views along with tremendous hospitality exuded by its members. The game of golf has long been associated with successful business and is regarded as a premier way to entertain clients and friends alike. To this aim the club offers superb facilities to companies and societies for golfing events. The Rhondda Golf Club is proud to actively promote the game of golf by encouraging juniors and frequently run professionally tutored training courses aimed at local school children. This has proved an astounding success for all involved. We also provide a function room which, can accommodate up to 120 people, along with top quality fayre offered by our catering staff which comes highly recommended. |
